Pathologist
Dr. Steven Catinchi Jaime obtained his specialty of Anatomical and Clinical Pathology at Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA and subsequently studied subspecialties in Surgical Pathology and Dermatopathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), PA. In 2010 Dr. Catinchi returned to Puerto Rico to provide diagnostic reliability with criteria that exceeds established standards and apply his knowledge in tests and immunohistochemical and histochemical studies, among others.
Dr. Joel Santiago Martínez
Pathologist
Dr. Joel Santiago Martínez obtained his specialty of Anatomical and Clinical Pathology in the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico, where he stood out as chief resident. Dr. Santiago is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pathology and a “Fellow” of the College of American Pathologists. Dr. Santiago obtained a subspecialty in Cytopathology from The University of Florida College of Medicine, Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine in Florida.
Dra. Frances M. Gómez González
Pathologist
Dra. Frances M. Gómez González obtained his specialty in Anatomical & Clinical Pathology at RCM from the University of Puerto Rico and is carrying out his studies for the subspecialty in Genitourinary Pathology at the University of Alabama at Birimgham Department of Pathology.
Dra. Susanne M. Crespo Ramos
Pathologist
Dra. Susanne M. Crespo Ramos obtained her specialty in Anatomical & Clinical Pathology at RCM of the University of Puerto Rico, and is currently studying for the subspecialty in Breast Pathology at the University of Chicago Department of Pathology.

Welcome to Northwest Pathology Services an Anatomical Pathology Laboratory founded in 2002.
We serve office-based physicians as well as surgery centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
Northwest Pathology Services has a complete Immunohistochemistry and Special Stains service performed in our own laboratory, offering a fast and reliable service with the highest quality standards. Our comprehensive menu of immunohistochemical and special stains allow us to support and render accurate diagnosis. We also provide consulting services as requested by doctors and patients.
We accept all major health insurance plans of Puerto Rico as well as offer leading rates for self pay patients.
